South America
In South America, we are cooperating with a large automotive partner to develop a corridor for electric vehicles from Brazil via Argentina to Chile. This 4000-kilometre corridor will be deployed in two phases.
Hubs will be battery-powered and charged by diesel generators.
This will allow electric vehicles to travel and charge for the first time between Brazil and Chile.
Hubs will be connected to the electricity grid, increasing throughput and revenue.
Our automotive partner will utilize this network for their own EV operations and other logistical prospects; the charging network will be break-even almost from the start. Our partner will deploy and manage a total of 20 charging hubs.
