Sri Lanka, Dharga
The PWER.ME Foundation, in collaboration with Biofy, supports the food transition and emphasizes Permaculture, which centers on three ethics: care for the earth and people, and fair sharing. These principles, also found in traditional societies, guide permaculture design. Unlike organic gardening, permaculture opposes monoculture and biodiversity loss, with soil, location, and climate determining suitable plant species.
Amuura in Sri Lanka follows permaculture principles and practices sustainable water management, collecting and retaining as much water as possible. They have planted over 1,000 trees and plants, including timber, ayurvedic, spice, banana, fruit, vegetable, and herb varieties. Their goal is to inspire local farmers to adopt this approach, fostering independence from the food industry and rebuilding a healthy ecosystem.
PWER.ME Foundation supports the mission of the MH-Foundation. This foundation is an initiative dedicated to making a difference in the lives of stray dogs, straycats and horses, founded in the Netherlands and started in Sri Lanka. They believe that every life deserves love, care, and protection, and we invite you to support that with us.
In Sri Lanka, countless stray dogs and stray cats roam the streets, facing hunger, disease, and neglect. These innocent creatures deserve a chance at a better life. Our primary focus is to vaccinate, spay, feed and living them. The second steps would be: to rescue, care for, and rehabilitate these stray dogs and stray cats. By giving them the care they so desperately need, including food, medical treatment, sterilization, and shelter, we can ensure their well-being and give them a second chance. In addition, much attention is paid to education (especially for children). It is important to know how to deal with stray dogs and stray cats and what the dangers are.
The foundation’s work extends beyond direct intervention with animals; it also emphasizes the importance of education to help communities understand the needs of stray animals. Particularly for children, the foundation provides programs to teach them how to treat animals with compassion and respect, while also making them aware of the potential dangers associated with stray animals, such as the spread of diseases like rabies. By vaccinations and spaying we control the population and reduce the risk of contracting deadly diseases such as rabies.
By supporting the MH-Foundation, the PWER.ME Foundation is taking significant steps toward improving the well-being of stray dogs, stray cats and horses, not only by offering immediate care and shelter but also by raising awareness and encouraging responsible pet ownership and community involvement.

Indonesia, East Lombok
This project provides for sustainable production of clean and quality water. The project consists of a prefabricated building, Rainmaker’s unique Water-to-Water installations, and solar panels from Upvolt. An average of 75,000 liters of water will be produced per day.
Lombok is an Indonesian island belonging to the Lesser Sunda Islands. It is located in the Indian Ocean east of Bali and west of Sumbawa. The island has about 2.4 million inhabitants, of which about 400,000 live in the capital Mataram. Lombok is somewhat smaller than Bali and has much less tourism. It is also much less prosperous than Bali and has a high unemployment rate. Lombok South has been designated a development area by the government. Several large hotels have now been built. There are also now 7 major international events.
The PWER.ME Foundation envisions a shift from prosperity to well-being by driving key transitions in society.
