In South America, we are cooperating with a large automotive partner to develop a corridor for electric vehicles from Brazil via Argentina to Chile. This 4000-kilometre corridor will be deployed in two phases. 

Phase 1: Hubs will be battery-powered and charged by diesel generators. 

This will allow electric vehicles to travel and charge for the first time between Brazil and Chile.

Phase 2: Hubs will be connected to the electricity grid, increasing throughput and revenue. 

Our automotive partner will utilize this network for their own EV operations and other logistical prospects; the charging network will be break-even almost from the start. Our partner will deploy and manage a total of 20 charging hubs.
